Honestly, most of the stuff homeowners around Mulino put off for months. How does pricing work?
Here's the thing, most projects start around $150 and go up based on scope, materials, and time on site. After a quick chat (or a few photos by text) we give you a flat, upfront number before any work starts. No hourly creep, no surprise add-ons at the end.
How soon can you get out here?
It depends on the week, but most jobs land on the calendar within the same week. Smaller repairs can often happen in 24 to 48 hours when the schedule lines up. PNW rain and winter freezes get busy fast, so the sooner you reach out the better.

Do I need to be home while you work?
